CURRENT STATE
+ The well will probably be turned off when you arrive.
    - Electrical box is in first bedroom on the right.
    - Breaker slot 19 and 21; flip to green and you're good to go.
    - Set back to red when you leave please.
+ There are four indoor wireless cameras.
    - One on the kitchen counter.
    - Two on the fireplace mantle.
    - One in the same room as the breaker box, on a desk in the corner of the room.
    - Only the kitchen is plugged in now, but please plug all 4 in when you leave.
+ Three sets of lights are on timers.
    - Lights on garage exterior come on around dusk and go off at 11pm. There is a light on top of the hutch in the living room with the same timing. There are two nightlights (living room and hallway) that come on around dusk and off at dawn.
    - Feel free to ignore them, unplug 'em while you're there, or text me and I can turn 'em off for your visit... just didn't want to startle anyone with timed lighting in a few places.
    - Related topic, the first time you walk in, a number of the lights will probably turn on. If so, it will only happen that one time; only fires after someone comes in after multiple vacant days, and is only there so people don't have to find every light in an unfamiliar house (in the dark).
+ Towels hanging in the bathroom are clean.
+ Bedding on both beds are clean. Well, back left for sure, I washed that Saturday. No one has been in the back right since your hubby was up - so if dirty, take it up with him. :)
+ TVs
    - Roku in Living Room, Back Right Bedroom, and Back Left Bedroom are all set to guest mode.
    - You can log into all your own services / channels.
    - When you first turn it on, you can set a reset date, and the Roku will automatically log you out.
    - ...Or, just leave it - I reset all back to our accounts the next time I'm there either way.
+ Help yourself to anything in the fridge / cupboards.
+ Watch out for the bear.
+ HEADS UP, the Au Sable Canoe Race is July 25,26,27 - expect street closures downtown, and people up and down the street for a few hours after dusk on Saturday night.
